They had issues with processing my Anthem insurance and I ended up getting charged for the full cost instead of the co-pay they told me. The clinic overall seemed mismanaged and disorganized. Would not recommend.

I was a client for 3 years. The group runs itself very very well. All of the therapists have been very down to earth and kind, I am very privledged to have been helped by every one of them. Switching therapists and insurance was always a smooth transition, so its one less place to cause you a headache in your day to day. Side note: the office is lovely, clean, and so conveniently located close to PCC, the freeway, and countless coffee shops. If you are wondering if you should take the first step in getting mental health help, take this as your sign to get the help you need through Greenhouse!

The best, in Pasadena, that accepts my family’s Anthem insurance. I was able to obtain therapeutic and assessment services for my two special needs school-aged daughters, one on the autism spectrums one with selective mutism. Kind and caring providers, and a bevy to select from! Great for both in person and/or virtual sessions.
